What to Expect from the Assessment

Your 30-minute appointment includes five key tests, each offering a different perspective on your health. Together, they provide a clear, balanced overview that spans strength, cardiovascular function, body composition, and internal health markers.

Blood Test

A comprehensive panel that provides a detailed view of your internal health. This includes:

How it works: A blood sample is taken from your arm by a trained clinician and sent to our partner laboratory for analysis. You’ll be contacted once your results are ready.

  • Kidney function (URE, GFR, CRE)

  • Cholesterol profile (TRG, HTL, CHO, non-HDL, LDL, HDL)

Body Composition

Body Composition Analysis

This test looks beyond your weight to assess how your body is structured. It measures fat mass, muscle mass, and water distribution—offering a more meaningful understanding of your physical health and progress over time.

How it works: You’ll be asked to stand barefoot on a platform and hold two handles for a few seconds. The process is non-invasive and completely painless.

Cardiovascular tests
Grip Test

Grip Strength

Measured using a hand-held device, grip strength reflects muscular function and overall physical resilience—an important indicator linked to long-term wellbeing.

How it works: You’ll be asked to squeeze the device as firmly as you can, one hand at a time. The test is quick, straightforward, and requires minimal effort.

Nurse
Blood pressure

Resting Heart Rate

A snapshot of how efficiently your heart functions at rest. Resting heart rate can reflect your cardiovascular fitness and how well your body recovers.

How it works: Once seated and relaxed, your pulse is measured using a simple monitor.

Resting Heart Rate

Blood Pressure

An essential measurement of cardiovascular health. This test captures the pressure of blood within your arteries and can help highlight stress responses or early signs of underlying conditions.

How it works: A cuff is placed around your upper arm and gently inflated. As it deflates, the device records your systolic and diastolic pressure.
