What Conditions Can Be Treated?
Sports rehabilitation can address a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, including:
Muscle strains and ligament sprains
Joint instability and weakness
Tendonitis and overuse injuries
Post-surgical recovery support
Movement imbalances and poor biomechanics
Chronic aches and pains related to activity
Injury prevention and performance optimization

What to Expect from Your First Appointment
Your first sports rehab session will begin with a thorough assessment of your injury history, movement patterns, and personal goals. You’ll undergo functional tests to identify imbalances or weaknesses, followed by an introduction to tailored exercises that target your specific needs.
This session lays the foundation for your rehab plan, ensuring it’s personalised and results-driven.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
The number of sessions depends on your condition, goals, and progress. Some clients benefit from just a few targeted sessions, while others may require a structured program over several weeks.
Your rehab specialist will guide you through a realistic plan, regularly reviewing your progress and adjusting as needed to ensure effective recovery and long-term results.
