Charlotte is a highly skilled sports physiotherapist specializing in athlete rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance optimization. She currently serves as the Lead Women’s Academy Physiotherapist at Chelsea Football Club, providing expert medical support for the Women’s Academy teams, with a primary focus on the U18 squad. Her role ensures a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to athlete health, working closely with coaches and medical staff to deliver elite-level care in a high-performance environment.

In addition to her role at Chelsea FC, Charlotte also works as a Physiotherapist at Third Space, where she manages a diverse caseload of private patients, applying her expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and sports injury management.

Charlotte holds a Master’s degree in Advanced MSK Physiotherapy from UCL and earned a First-Class Honours BSc in Physiotherapy from Keele University. Her extensive experience includes working with Fulham FC as an U18s and Academy Physiotherapist and serving as a Physiotherapy Assistant at Wimbledon, gaining hands-on experience in elite sports rehabilitation.

Beyond physical treatment, Charlotte is passionate about the interplay between mental health and injury recovery, aiming to optimise rehabilitation outcomes through holistic, athlete-centered care. She is CSP and HCPC Registered and holds ATMIFF accreditation from The FA, ensuring the highest standards of professional practice.

With a proven track record in elite football, professional sports, and private healthcare, Charlotte remains committed to enhancing athlete well-being and performance through cutting-edge rehabilitation techniques.
